Spring is in the Air
I am so happy that Spring has finally decided to grace us with it’s presence. All of the snow we got slammed with this winter really made me yearn for nicer weather. I literally needed sun. I was feeling really run down so I went to the Doctor. Apparently my Vitamin D levels were really low. So I am now taking a large dose of Vitamin D weekly. When the sun is out I am trying to soak up as much as I possibly can. I love this time of year. It’s so nice to get out of the house and do fun things outdoors. This weekend my family decided to hit a park right off of the Potomac River. I brought my camera….with a battery that died very shortly after we arrived. I did get a few pics of the kids.
It was a fun afternoon just hanging out with the family in nature.
Did you see my tree hugger? lol
I’m still working on my photog skillz. There is so much to learn about photography.
Hubs likes to get in on the photo action too. Which is nice so we can learn together.
Spring also means flowers. But, I have a black thumb. I totally kill plants.
Luckily, my hubby has a heck of a green thumb.
The only downside to Spring is the fact that instead of sewing, I’d rather be outside playing
What are you looking forward to in the Spring season?
Do you have any favorite Spring activities?
I would love your input!
I’ll be posting the Snazzie Drawers winners tomorrow.
Then my next post I will be linking to some really great tutorials I have found.
Have a great night!
